Social Action

“As disciples of Christ, we make His compassion our own, which led Him to the heart of the human drama. In all our apostolic activities, we are called to be instruments of social change for justice and respect for all creation.” ROL 5/2

Animated by the liberating power of the Paschal Mystery, our Sisters commit themselves to create a just society, in collaboration with the less privileged and socially excluded especially in the peripheries. In our service we have moved towards the social action addressing the issues of de-humanized people like: tribals, nomads, dalits, differently-abled, LGBTQIA2, victims of human trafficking, especially women and children, youth, school drop-outs, sanitary workers, HIV / AIDS patients, prisoners, destitute women and the aged.

Short Stay Home

In the short stay homes women and young girls who are battered by the families stay for short time until they are settled with parents or their own family. Some women come on their own and some are brought by the local police and NGOs.
