The exercise of Animation is a participation in the Paschal Mystery. Our structures of governance are to be at the service of the integral growth of the Sisters, of sisterly communion and their participation in the mission of Christ. Being responsible for the animation of the Province, the Provincial along with her council makes sure that all the Sisters live according to the spirit of the Gospel and objectives of the Congregation. She takes care to promote, coordinate and to develop activities in collaboration with the local Church. Whenever required, she facilitates effective networking between the various ministries carried out by the Sisters, between the Provinces and between the different organizations of the Church.
